Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins and form enzymes, hormones and human structures. This qualitative value describes how close the included amino acid profile is to the ideal human amino acid profile and thus to the WHO (World Health Organization) guidelines. The value ranges from 0 to 100 and the more similar the profiles are, the higher the value.
